Navitor’s FolderWorks is a Gold Winner in Print + Promo Magazine’s 2021 Supplier Excellence Awards, where winners are chosen as the best vendor by the distributors themselves.
Once a month, Print+Promo Magazine (PPM) circulates their publication that provides insight into new products and technology, strategic partnerships and alliances, marketing and sales tools, and more. The magazine provides resources and strategies for the distributor community, offering fundamental tools and information that drive a competitive edge.
PPM issues an annual Top Suppliers list – a comprehensive guide to the industry’s best supplier companies, including the Supplier Excellence Awards. 2021 marked the 15th annual celebration of the industry’s best supplier companies and wins held extra merit during a year in which the industry had to deal with staffing shortages and debilitating supply chain disruptions. Winners were voted the best vendors by the distributors, many of whom faced nonstop business obstacles and quickly discovered which suppliers they could rely on when things got rough.
The 2021 Supplier Excellence Awards featured 44 product categories, including two new additions this year: Gift Cards/Plastic Cards and Presentation Folders. Top honors went to the Gold Winners, followed by Silver, Bronze and Finalists. FolderWorks won the Gold as the best vendor for Presentation Folders.
One of the industry’s largest suppliers of pocket folders and other print and converted products, FolderWorks provides custom wholesale print services for graphic designers, marketing companies and print brokers. FolderWorks offers a variety of printing, decorating and conversion services including 4-color process, PMS color printing, UV & AQ coating, foil stamping, embossing, die-cutting, folding and gluing, and more.
In regards to providing exemplary service in a tumultuous year, Michael Mulvihill, GM, FolderWorks expressed, “To stay on top of the challenges presented in 2021, Navitor stepped up in big ways and has continued to go above and beyond for their distributor partners by extending hours, adding team members and expanding inventory.” The award win came during a year that Navitor implemented strategic initiatives to help their distributor partners succeed. Mulvihill added, “Holding a promise of no catalog price increases for all of 2020 and 2021, expanding our folder and packaging line capabilities and making major investments in additional facilities in order to broaden our national footprint added more value for our distributor partners.”
These initiatives enabled FolderWorks to offer practical time frames, while competitors were reporting turn times as much as six weeks. The FolderWorks team remains committed to bringing their distributor partners “The Best Folder Experience” in the industry and this award shows that their efforts did not go unnoticed.
