Throughout her tenure, Susan has excelled in multiple roles across the organization, including product innovation and customer lifecycle management. Her versatility and dedication have been key to Taylor's success.
Our focus, however, is on Susan’s personal life and experiences. From growing up in a small town in Michigan to attending college in California, Susan's journey has been remarkable. After graduating with majors in Journalism and Marketing, Susan’s career took her to Florida where she met her husband, also a long-time Taylor employee. Sadly, Susan lost Ron to cancer far too young. Despite this painful experience, Susan's resilience and strength have shone through.
